Nate and mom reunited- summer 2011

Nate's mom lives outside the country. This year Nate spent his summer with his mom.  The background song, I Thought I Lost You by: Miley Cyrus pretty much applies to little Nate's being away from his mom. Incidentally, it was Nate and his mom's favorite song too from the movie Bolt when his mom is still in Manila.

This video makes me happy and at the same time breaks my heart. Needless to say, it was a heartbreaking moment when it's finally time for Nate to go back to Manila.

Sigh.

I pray day in and day out that God would finally allow nate to grow with his mom and dad under the same roof.

Brigs getaway

BRIGS is a group of friends from my past job 5 years ago.  We got that name from a private joke ü

We hardly see one another but amazingly the connection is still there, strongly there.

On this get-together we're celebrating two birthdays, a promotion and

an all-expense paid trip to Paris

and most of all, we're celebrating our God, who's been generous with us even though we do not deserve it.
